Watch me work through Anxiety

Everyday Mental Health is about the everyday moments that help me contribute to and maintain my mental health. In this episode I work through a moment of self-doubt and anxiety as its affecting my taping session. Join me as I share the “mental math” that I do in the moment: 1) acknowledging the physical and mental symptoms that signal that I need to check in with myself, 2) recognizing the worries driving the anxiety, 3) registering the emotional needs (emotional safety, attention, acceptance) that underlie that anxiety, and 4) walk you through how I fulfill them to set aside the anxiety and effectively move on with my day.
