The No-Pep Talk, Motivation for bad days

 

When I got tired of bad days taking me down with them, I created a talk to help me endure difficult feelings on days I felt blue and didn’t have the capacity for a pep talk. The no-pep talk is an exercise in endurance motivation. It’s a guide meant to help you feel bad days differently. A way to help you live through and withstand bad days, to take a step towards changing the way they make you feel. Because bad days are inevitable, but the way they make you feel doesn’t have to be.
